Login and access control - Instructions
Individuals can log in to My pages on behalf of their company if they are registered with a power of attorney for the company. The system seeks a power of attorney from the Tax Office. If you do not see a company with a power of attorney connection, please contact the Tax Office.
You log in with your personal electronic ID on My pages.
Change user by clicking your name in the upper right corner and selecting Switch user.
Then you are presented with a list of companies/organizations you can log in on behalf of. By clicking on a company name, you log in on their behalf
Accessible company data on My pages
Power of attorney can log in on behalf of their company to My pages to see:
The Digital Mailbox that contains data sent to the company by government agencies
Information about the company from the company register
Real Estate owned by the company
Vehicle owned by the company

In order to obtain access to My Pages and the Authorization System, it is necessary for public institutions to register a power of attorney holder with Skaturinn.
Login:
You select to open My pages, in a dropdown window the choice is: Company and agency.
You log on with your own electronic ID
The parties, companies and organisations you have access to will appear.

Individuals and corporate power of attorney holders can also give others access to view their data on My pages
Individuals can choose from three ways to identify themselves on My pages.
The Identification app, enables users to identify themselves in a convenient and simple way. This identification does not require an Icelandic phone card which may be suitable e.g. for citizens abroad who no longer have an Icelandic phone card.
Authentication with card ID. With that login method, you do not need a phone, the card is connected directly to a computer.
Guardians can log on to My pages on behalf of their children regardless of their residence. The system retrieves custody links from the National Registry. If you do not see a child where there is a custody relationship, please contact the National Registry.

Individuals who, due to their disability, are unable to protect their civil rights are entitled to choose a personal spokesman.
The Ministry of Social Affairs operates a unit called The Rights Protection of the Disabled (Réttindagæsla fatlaðra) that keeps track of contracts between individuals and personal representatives. A personal representative can log in on behalf of a disabled person on My pages Ísland.is to view their Digital Inbox if the contract contains that permission.

Then you are presented with a list of children you can log in on behalf of. By clicking on a name, you log in on their behalf.
Individuals:
Individuals can give others access to see certain information on My pages, such as Finance, Digital Mailbox and more, with a few simple steps.
You log in with your personal electronic ID on My pages.
Select Access Control in the table of contents on the left side. There you can choose who you want to give access to, which parts of the system and how long it should be active.
The individual receiving the mandate may subsequently register on behalf of the person who granted the mandate.
Companies:
Power of attorney holders can provide other people with access to see certain information on My pages on behalf of their companies. This is done with a few simple steps.
You log in with your personal electronic ID on My pages.
Switch to the company you want to give others access to (by your name in the upper right corner).
Select Access control in the table of contents on the left side. There you can choose whom you want to give access to, which parts of the system and for how long the access should be active. There you can also give someone access to give other people access to the company's My pages.
The person receiving the access can subsequently log in on behalf of the company.
